Group training can help employers coordinate certification for staff working in:
- restaurants and other food premises;
- child care facilities;
- health care and institutional food service; and
- other workplaces where staff handle or serve food.

What the full group course includes
- Live instruction
- A full day of instructor-led food safety training from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Practical course content
- Ontario food safety law, foodborne illness, temperature control, hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing, pest control, facility and equipment, and HACCP.
- Certification exam
- A proctored 50-question multiple-choice exam. A score of 70% is required to pass.
- Certificate
- Food Handler Certificates are issued within 5 business days after passing and are valid for 5 years.

Choose group or workplace training on the request form. Include your staff count, workplace, preferred date, workshop language, and exam language.

Confirm the arrangement
We will confirm availability, whether onsite training can be arranged, the venue details, and the final group price.

Arrange payment
Payment is required to secure the session. We accept Interac e-Transfer or exact cash arranged by phone in advance; credit cards and cheques are not accepted.

Prepare your staff
Participants should arrive with government-issued photo ID. Contact us in advance for AODA accommodation needs.
Scheduled training venue details and workplace-training availability are confirmed when we confirm your request.
