- Foodborne Illness: Chemical, physical, and allergen contamination

Exam & Certification Details▼
Exam Format: Multiple-choice exam with 50 questions. A score of 70% is needed to pass.
Proctored Exam: Conducted by a proctor who speaks Chinese and English.
Certification: Receive your Food Handler Certificate within 5 business days upon passing.
Onsite Training: Available for groups of more than 10 attendees.
In-Person Certification Exams
For individuals with expired certifications or previous training, our In-Person Certification Exams offer a streamlined path to renew your Food Handler Certificate. Ideal for those who have previously completed our full course or have experience in food safety practices.
