What languages do you offer for the workshops and exams?▼
Workshops are available in Mandarin and English. Exams are offered in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English.
How do I register for the in-person workshop or exam? Is my information private?▼
Use our online request form to request a workshop or exam. You can also contact us by phone or email if you need help. Your information remains confidential and is securely deleted after 5 years upon certificate expiry. For in-person sessions, please arrive early with government-issued ID.
How can I pay for my certification?▼
We accept Interac e-Transfer or In-Person Cash. For e-Transfers, please send payments to advancedhealthandsafety2000@gmail.com and include your name and course date in the notes. We do not accept credit cards or cheques at this time.
Where do I attend the in-person workshop/exam?▼
Current training classes take place at Global Education Language Institute, Unit 105, 1st Floor, 3601 Highway 7 East, Markham. Use the underground parking at 3601 Highway 7 East, then take the elevator to Ground Level; Global Education is on the left. (Please note: 101 Town Centre Blvd is for administration and mailing only. We do not accept walk-ins there.)
Why do I need a photo ID to write the exam?▼
ID verification ensures exam integrity and compliance with government requirements.
What can I do if I lost my Food Handler Certificate?▼
Request a replacement for a small administration fee of $8 + HST and we will mail you a new one. Email us at advancedhealthandsafety2000@gmail.com to request a reprint.
Can I access your training and test if I have special needs?▼
Yes, we accommodate special needs under AODA guidelines. Please contact us in advance for tailored support.
Do you offer onsite workshop training/exams at my workplace?▼
Yes, we can arrange onsite training at your workplace for groups of 10 or more attendees. Contact us to coordinate.
Do you offer group discounts?▼
Yes! We offer up to 20% off for groups of 10 or more attendees.
Is my final exam score confidential?▼
Your exam results are completely private and released only to you or relevant authorities as required.
Do I have to renew my certificate?▼
Yes, certificates in Ontario are valid for 5 years. Plan to renew before expiry.
